We want to update you on the status of your medication refills. Our team has completed all appropriate refills, and we have worked diligently to ensure a smooth process. However, please note that the majority of patients have not had recent interactions with our team.
Unfortunately, we no longer have a provider available to handle medication refills for patients who have not established ongoing care with us. This change is due to our providers’ concerns about continuing to prescribe medications to patients they have not had a chance to fully evaluate. Moving forward, we will not have a provider on board to manage medication refills for those who are not actively established in our care.
If your medication refill request was not processed, we encourage you to establish care with a primary care provider. You can find a directory of nearby physicians or offices by contacting your insurance carrier, as outlined in our initial practice closure notice. For any urgent needs, please visit an urgent care center or emergency room.
